Brewed with NW malted barley and an abundance of oats, then hopped with Mosaic, El Dorado, Vic Secret, Bru-1, and a pinch of Citra. Its insanely robust mouthfeel tastes like you’re drinking juice and finishes with a wall of fruity hops.

EXTORTION Imperial stout
12% ALC. BY VOL. 67 IBU 12oz. pour

2018 version is a barrel aged Imperial coffee stout. Dark fruit, toffee, oak, and caramel dominate the flavor, supported by Mexican coffee from local Compass Coffee Roasting. Brewed with piloncillo sugar and chocolate cacao nibs, then gracefully aged in Bull Run Distillery's white whiskey barrels.
